AI Training

Turn AI Licenses Into a Team That Actually Uses Them.

Hands on Keys is a half-day or full-day live training. Your people stop watching AI demos and start doing real work with it, on their own tools and their own tasks, with our engineers beside them.

“We bought licenses but aren’t AI native.” → Here’s why

Licenses Don't Create Adoption.
Proper Training Does.

01

One webinar, then back to normal.

A lunch-and-learn feels productive. 2 weeks later, everyone is working exactly the way they did before.

02

A few people get faster. Everyone else waits.

Your power users figure it out on their own time. Their wins never spread, and when they leave, the know-how leaves too.

03

No rules, so people stop or go rogue.

Nobody knows which tools are approved or what data is safe to use, so the careful people stop and the rest use whatever they want.

Who It's For

  • Guardrails for security and code quality
  • Team workflows everyone can reuse
Pick Your Format

Session Types

Both formats are live and hands-on, run on-site or remotely, and use the AI tools you already pay for. The difference is how far we take your team in one sitting.

About 4 hours

Half-Day

  • Prompts that get real answers
  • Handing off whole tasks to AI
  • Turning good prompts into reusable skills
  • Your team's rules for safe, approved use
  • A personal plan for every attendee
About 7 hours

Full-DayMost popular

Everything in the half-day, plus the skills that turn one person getting faster into a whole team working differently.

  • Shared workspaces and prompt libraries
  • Connecting AI to the tools you use every day
  • Workflows that run with a human in the loop
  • A build block where each team makes something real
What the Day Looks Like

Schedule

Built on the AI Fluency framework from Anthropic's Academy course. Every session covers the 4 D's hands-on, and the full-day adds building with Claude's tools.

What You Walk Away With

Skills that Stick

The training ends the same day. The habits, tools, and standards stay with your team.

  • A plan for every person. Each attendee leaves knowing exactly where AI fits in their role and what to try first on Monday.

  • Shared skills and prompt libraries. Reusable tools for each department, so good work gets repeated instead of reinvented.

  • Clear usage standards. Which tools are approved, what data is safe to use, and how AI-assisted work gets reviewed.

  • A group of internal champions. The people who lit up in the room, ready to keep raising the bar for everyone else.

  • A short list of what to build next. The best ideas from the day, ranked by value, ready for your team or ours to take on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Ask

The questions leaders ask us most before booking Hands on Keys. Still curious? Ask us on a discovery call.

Half-day or full-day: which should we pick?

Pick the half-day if your team is new to AI or you want a fast reset. Pick the full-day if you want people connecting tools and building workflows before they leave the room.

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones you already pay for, usually Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot. If you have not picked one yet, we help you choose and set it up safely first.

Do people need to be technical?

No. We start with the basics and build up. Everyone works on their own real tasks, so it clicks no matter their role.

On-site or remote?

Both. We can come to your office or run it live online. Many teams choose on-site, because the energy in the room makes the practice stick.

How many people can attend?

We shape the group to fit your goals, from a single department to your whole company across several sessions. Tell us who needs it and we will recommend the right setup.

Can you tailor it to our team?

Yes. Before the day, we learn your tools, your departments, and a few real tasks, so every example and exercise matches the work your people actually do.

Is our data safe during training?

We train inside your approved tools and accounts, and we cover what data is and is not safe to use as part of the day.

What happens after the training?

Your champions keep it going with the playbook and standards. When an idea needs real engineering, our team can build it with you.
